I had way too much fun taping my segment for the 200th episode of The FitCast. I think I made sense, but I’m probably not the best judge of that. Also on the show are Dan John and Alan Aragon. I’m confident they made sense.
I was surprised and honored to be invited by Ryan Lee to join his all-star cast of contributors to his relaunched website. My first post is here.
While those are fun side projects, my main gig is the upcoming launch of The New Rules of Lifting for Abs, the third book in the NROL series and a completely fresh take on training for core strength and stability, body composition, athleticism, and overall conditioning.

I’m not sure my contribution belongs among the “best of” anything, but it was a lot of fun to record. Click on through and give it a listen.
