    Congratulations!

I recently started NROLFW (and am blogging about my experience) and have really enjoyed the program and the fun, well-written text. So as far as I can tell, your place on that list is well-deserved.

Well, this is just great news! It made me so happy to hear that the book is doing this well. I’ll be in my car from 6 – 7pm on Wednesday (in Jersey, where it’s illegal to talk on the cell) or I would call in. All I can say is that you are a “good egg”, as they said in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and I love to see good things happen to good people. What goes around, comes around, you know?

    Congratulations, and much deserved, Lou!

I loved NROL4W. A few months ago I hurt my back–herniated a disk at L4/L5. It is mostly healed now. Can I still do the moves in your books? My PT says it should be okay as long as I don’t hold the Oly bar on my back for squats–use dumbells instead. Since ruptured disks are a really common problem, I was hoping you could comment on your experience with clients with similar injuries doing this type of lifting. THanks!

well, drat. I didn’t sign up for this until today and here I sit at 5 p.m. CDT with no contact number. I’ve used the book for over two years with great results but have a couple of important (to me, anyway) questions. Hate that I missed this opportunity but hope there is another chance. I appreciate you and Alwyn taking the time to deal with all of us goddesses.

Donna, Alwyn and I discussed your question about 38 minutes into the call.

I’m working now to get the audio uploaded to this site so everyone can listen to it.

Ramsey, I’m sorry you missed the call, but I’ll make the mp3 available as soon as I figure out how to do it.
