First is the four-minute trailer for NROL for Abs, which explains our basic approach to core training and why this book is different from the first two in the series. It’s the first time I’ve done one of these, and I’ll be curious to see the reaction.
Second: I’ve posted a sample chapter for the new book at the the NROL Facebook page. I’m embarrassed to admit how much this stretched my technical skills. And I still can’t figure out how to use Facebook’s version of HTML elsewhere on that page. It’s like the first time I tried to program a VCR, back when VCRs were new to us and English was new to the people who wrote the instructions. Ironically, the very first post I wrote for this version of my website discussed my technological ineptitude in great detail. Some things haven’t changed.
Finally, if you aren’t sick of me yet, my friend Andrew Heffernan and I did a fun audio interview for Male Pattern Fitness. I tried to write about it last week, when it first went up, but just as I was about to hit the button to save and post what I’d written, my electricity went out and I lost the whole thing.
Some people thrive on the latest technology. Me, I’m still trying to figure out electricity.
